If your product is not performing as expected or you believe that your product has not arrived in a viable state, our technical support team can advise you on best practices for product use, or if needed, arrange for a product replacement.
Please note that we usually have to contact our suppliers for product replacement requests, in order to gain an understanding of lead times and an expected delivery date for your replacement.
