How do you ship products and what does it cost?

We ship our products both domestically and internationally. Shipping within Germany is carried out by FedEx as standard. Exception: For fresh blood products, we offer UPS Premier Gold Express as well as point-to-point delivery by Time Matters. All our international orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. 

Biomol offers a range of delivery options, including next-day delivery (for fresh blood products only). For products that must be shipped below a certain temperature (+4°C or below), we use insulated packaging with cooling agents and ensure that we deliver them within the time window necessary to preserve the product(s). Wherever possible, we use environmentally friendly packaging and cooling materials (plastic-free shipping bags made from grass paper, cooling pads made of kraft paper with 100% degradable plant-based cooling gel, which you can dispose of down the drain if necessary).

Within Germany, we charge for packing, shipping and cooling as follows: The costs for packaging and shipping are 22,50 € per delivery, the cooling costs are 27,90 €. Deliveries with UPS Premier Gold Express cost 84,00 €. The costs for deliveries with Time Matters are variable and depend on the delivery location, among other things. Note: We offer free shipping for webshop orders over 1000 €.
