How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, please click on “Forgot your password?” on our log-in page or click HERE. Enter your email address in the field and click on “Send Email”. You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in that email in order to change your password.

If you wish to change your password, you have to log in to your account first. Within your account overview you have to click on the button “Change Profile”. On the following page, you can change your password in the “Password” box by entering your new password (twice), your current password and clicking on “Save Changes”.
