How do I cancel an order?

Orders are considered binding. Cancellation is only possible in special exceptions. If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, preferably by emailing us at info@biomol.com and referencing your order number. Please be aware that fees may apply when cancelling an order.
