Can I track the progress of my order?

Once you have submitted your order to us, you will receive an order confirmation, which will also tell you the expected delivery date. We are happy to update you on the status of an existing order. To do this, please contact us by email at info@biomol.com, call us at +49-40-853 260-0, or send us a support request via our contact form.

Please select the option “I have a question about an ongoing order.” from the drop-down menu and be sure to include your order number so that we can provide you with an update as soon as possible! 

If you order via our webshop, you will receive a dispatch confirmation after your order has left our warehouse, in which you will also find a tracking number
